Here Is Your All Inclusive Guide To Being The Perfect Groomsman
Playing groomsman for your best friend's wedding? Here is how you can make the big day phenomenal.
Here is how you can be an incredible groomsman and make the process even more magical
1. Plan an extraordinary bachelor party.
If you are tired of the clichéd bachelor parties, then think out of the box and take the groom and your best buddies on a road-trip. There is nothing like an all-boys trip before one of your bros gets hitched. You can even plan a destination bachelor party and select a destination where you and your BFFs would like to drink the night away.

2. Write an impeccable speech
As a groomsman you might have to give a speech or make a toast, so write something heartfelt and intimate where you can spill embarrassing details about your friendship. A remarkable speech will be remembered for long and the melodrama in the perfect quantity will surely leave everyone awe-struck!
3. Be meticulous
Attention to detail is the key for having a flawless celebration. From the bachelor’s party to the wedding day, your expertise in handling situation and giving opinions will affect everything. So be very tasteful and always keep the bride and groom’s preferences in mind.
4. Dress well
Since you are the groomsman, your outfit might be selected by the bride and the groom. If not, then keep in mind that you might have to run around a bit. You will probably choose a tux or a suit, make sure you go with the theme and be extravagant to a limit because you don’t want to outshine the groom himself.
5. Enjoy responsibly
After the wedding you can eat, drink and make merry. But be responsible and a go slow on the drinks, no one wants to see a sloshed groomsman, specially the bride and the groom who might need you if a crisis comes up.

6. Show-up on time.
Being on time at various functions is crucial, this might seem very simple but it’s not. Weather it is the rehearsal dinner of the wedding shower, showing up on time (we suggest 10 minutes early TBH) saves the groom from last-minute stress.
7. Direct the photographer.
You are officially the closest and dearest person to the groom so the responsibility of capturing the most adorable moments land up on your head. Directing the wedding photographer to take Instagram worthy shots is a high-priority task especially if the groom is an Instagram Junkie like us.

Last and the most important task is to enjoy and seize the moment. Your best friend will marry only once (hopefully) and you have to make every moment memorable for him and yourself. Keep these tips in mind and you are set to rock your role as the groomsman.
