Actors Angad Bedi and Neha dhupia tied the knot in a hush-hush Anand Karaj ceremony on May 10th, 2018. 

On Neha Dhupia's audio show, #NoFilterNeha, the couple revealed the never-heard-before facts about their relationship and the reason behind their hurried wedding ceremony. 

Angad Bedi confirmed that it was girlfriend Neha Dhupia's pregnancy that led him to propose marriage. Since marriage is usually followed by parenthood and not the other way around, Angad expectedly received a lot of backlash from Neha's parents, so much so that her mom experienced a sudden nose bleed!

After understanding that they were expecting their first baby together, the two decided to get hitched to celebrate their love and the arrival of their child. This left the couple with solely four days to plan the nuptials. 

Neha also revealed how she had no formal wedding dress just 10 hours before the wedding! However, her bridal ensemble ended up arriving just in time for the nuptials. Neha Dhupia opted for a blush pink lehenga while Angad matched her in a crisp white sherwani with a pink pocket-square and turban. 

The festivities kicked off with a mehendi ceremony where Neha donned a bright blue and gold kurta paired with minimal jewellery. On the other hand, Angad Bedi wore a black bandhgala with black pants and a pink pocket-square for the occasion. 

Given that the wedding was planned on such short notice, the couple were unable to invite most of their co-stars and friends. In addition, the couple and their families chose to have a private, intimate affair instead of a star-studded ceremony with heightened media glare. 

It was 6 months later, on November 18th, that the couple celebrated the arrival of their daughter, Mehr.
