Think hearty, soulful, warm food that makes your day. This is what you can expect at Quattro with their Onam Sadhya special menu. Each dish is prepared using fresh coconut, spices, and locally sourced ingredients. Highlights include sharkara varatti (jaggery-coated banana chips), kumbalanga pachadi (ash gourd and coconut in a mustard-spiked gravy), beetroot pachadi (a sweet beetroot, coconut, mustard, and homemade yogurt combination), vendakka theeyal (Kerala-style ladies' finger curry in roasted coconut paste), and pal ada payasam, among others. Taj properties—Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa and Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa—are hosting a grand fest that you should not miss. Chefs Dibyendu Roy and Somnath Rakesh have crafted this special menu with all the love and authenticity of traditional South Indian cuisine. To enhance the experience, they will feature performers playing classic Karnataka music. On your plate, you'll find classics like sambar, rasam, puliyodarai, and more. The Onam special menu at Hosa in Goa has been put together by Executive Chef Harish Rao, and to say the least, it is heavenly. This exclusive Sadhya lunch will be available from September 13-15. You can expect to savour dishes like puli inji, pappadum, Kerala red rice, avial, olan, kalan, semiya payasam, and more. Sounds delicious, right? So, if you’re in the city, head to Hosa.

Chennai

 Kappa Chakka Kandhari, Chennai 

To celebrate the harvest season, Kappa Chakka Kandhari is bringing you the best authentic Sadhya at your convenience. You can either dine in or take away their Onam special festive meal box to enjoy at home. As always, you can expect an exceptional food experience. In Chennai, it will be held at Marlen Mahal Eco Park, Chetpet, Kilpauk, on September 14 and 15. We wouldn't miss this, and neither should you.
