Exfoliation: Regular exfoliation is a crucial step to remove dead skin cells and unclog hair follicles. You can either use physical scrubs and DIY formulas or use chemical products containing AHAs or BHAs to remove dead skin cells and prevent clogged pores, which often lead to the appearance of strawberry legs. Use a gentle exfoliating scrub or a loofah during your shower routine, especially focusing on the affected areas.
Exfoliation also helps smoothen the skin texture and enhance product absorption. However, be gentle while scrubbing (the spots aren't going to disappear overnight) to avoid irritation. Start with a lower frequency and adjust according to how your skin responds.
